Another writing resource is the "Brain Gym" program. It is a set of exercises that are supposed to prep the mind and body to write. Some of the exercises are physical so it would be best for mild kids or would need to be adapted for more involved kids. I have not heard anything about it for kids with CP, but have friends who like it for learning and attention difficulties.If anyone has input on "Brain Gym", please write in and tell us!

Question. I don't know if I'm in an area that can help me. My daughter has scar tissue build up on the top of her thigh caused by an accident several years ago. Her doctor said it could take up to ten years to dissolve. I have my doubts it will ever go away. It is under the skin and shows a large knot when she is standing. I want to know if there is any way to remove this tissue, whether by surgery, etc. Do I need to take her to a plastic surgeon? Any advice will be appreciated.
